Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the XpoCapture app and website, provided by Genovate Solutions. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

XpoCapture helps trade-show attendees plan which exhibitors to visit, capture what they learn at each booth, and compile a report afterwards. During the beta the service is free and provided as-is; features may change and outages may occur. Paid plans may be introduced later with notice.

Your account and workspace

You are responsible for your credentials and for what is captured under your account. Creating an account creates a company workspace you own; you may later invite colleagues, whose captures roll up to the workspace and are visible to its administrators.

Your content

Photos, recordings, notes, plans and reports you create remain yours. You grant us the licence needed to store, process (including with AI providers) and display them back to you and your workspace. You must have the right to capture what you capture — for example, a business card handed to you at a booth — and must not record people who object.

AI-generated output

Exhibitor rankings, visit write-ups, reports and drafted follow-ups are generated automatically and can be wrong. Check prices, quantities, lead times and contact details before relying on them or sending anything.

Directory data

Exhibitor information is compiled from public sources and provided for your planning only; it may be incomplete or out of date. Show and exhibitor names belong to their owners; XpoCapture is not affiliated with or endorsed by any show organizer.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to scrape or resell directory data, to harass exhibitors or attendees, or in any way that breaks the law or a show's rules.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time (Account → Delete account). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties, and our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months (nothing, during the beta).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
